Australian National Lifestyle Assist (ANLA) is a national private disability consultancy operating out of Brisbane and its intended scope is to offer its services across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and the Northern Territory. Currently, ANLA operates exclusively in South-east Queensland.
The purpose of the business is to provide professional services to registered providers and funded clients of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The professional staff of ANLA are appropriately qualified, accredited to practice and have extensive professional experience, expertise and wide knowledge of the disability care and allied child protection sectors.
ANLA staff have worked extensively with both adults and children with intellectual disabilities, including people with mental health conditions, dual diagnosis and those who engage in challenging behaviours.
We endeavour to deliver you a client-focused service and, through providing a high level therapeutic and support coordination services. We aim to be recognised as a provider of choice by current and potential participants, their families and government agencies both locally and nationally.
Aaron is the Executive Director of Australian National Lifestyle Assist (ANLA).
He has executive management responsibility for delivery of business outcomes and is responsible for policy and program planning and development, program implementation and evaluation, human resource management and industrial relations, workplace health and safety, quality assurance, business expansion and legal affairs.
He has been a Principal of Direct Care Resources, a major private South-East Queensland disability care and child protection care agency for over 20 years. Aaron held Senior Executive Service (SES) positions as Assistant Under Secretary and Director (Human Resource Management) with the Queensland Department of Health from 1986 to 1994.
Aaron commenced his own private practice as an Organisational Design Consultant in late 1994 undertaking a range of major organisational improvement assignments nationally including the Local Evaluation of the TEAM Care Health Coordinated Care Trial in the Brisbane North Health District, the redesign of the organisation and management practices for the Greater Murray Health Service in New South Wales and the evaluation and redesign of the organisation of the Parliamentary Services Commission (Queensland Legislative Assembly).
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in politics and history and a Master of Public Administration Degree, both from the University of Queensland.
